Axia Solutions

Over the last few months, we've been working with the team at Axia Solutions on a revised brand identity and creative strategy, with an updated digital and printed presence to come. Axia Solutions is an Ofsted Grade 1 training provider, ranked as outstanding by inspectors. Operating independently, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Newcastle-under-Lyme College, delivering a range of vocational training programmes designed to meet the demands of learners and employers.

We kicked off the process with a round of stakeholder workshops — with both internal staff members from Axia and NSCG (Axia's parent group) and with external individuals, ranging from apprentices and 1-on-1 interviews with industry level managers. These sessions gave us a series of unique insights which allowed us to form a valuable creative strategy for the brand identity to come, as well as acting as a foundation on which to base future campaign work and creative output.

It was clear that Axia Solutions needed to move forward if they were to consistently achieve the hight level of services that they have been throughout their established history. We helped them realise the areas that were most important to focus on, the audience streams to pinpoint and the ways in which the brand identity can work to communicate to these audiences.
